Duties: Play a key role to help investigation teams to establish what has happened, uncovering what occurred, when, who was involved, how, and its impact; Apply advanced investigative and visualization techniques, machine learning and predictive coding algorithms to get faster and better insights into collected data; Partially leading the development of novel tools and methodologies, and building scripts to enhance delivery of digital forensic services; Identify, secure and acquire digital evidence from a broad range of data sources such as computer/laptop hard drives, USB and external storage devices, mobile devices, networks, server systems and IoT devices; Perform digital forensic analysis and evaluation of data from various sources using specialized tools and state-of-the-art methodologies; Manage and maintain KPMG's digital forensic lab and equipment, and contribute to training, mentoring and guiding team members on related methodologies, best practices, tools and capabilities; Manage ope...
Requirements: Hold a master's degree in data science, computer science, natural science, engineering and other related majors; At least 4 years of experience in a similar field, preferably Consulting area; Good knowledge of programming language (e.g., Python, C#) and data query language (SQL); Strong Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing technics (text classification, semantic search); Proficient with one of the major eDiscovery platforms (Relativity, Reveal, Reommind) and experience with forensic collections (Encase/FTK/Cellebrite, etc.); Good knowledge of the operating systems (Microsoft Windows, Unix, MacOS); Proficient in English; German or French are a strong advantage
