Position:	Specialty Genomics Bioinformatics Scientist

Duties:	Be the primary resource for analysis needs related to PGDx assays; Perform data analysis in support of assay validation; Once the assay has moved to production, perform routine QC and any required downstream analyses following established work instructions; Communicate with clients to address any project-specific concerns or needs; Be able to gather any required deliverables from the analysis system as needed beyond the core reporting; Support the transfer of deliverables to clients as needed
Requirements:	MS in bioinformatics, biology, or related field; Two+ years of practical bioinformatics experience, including knowledge of common NGS file formats, data types, and analysis tools; Demonstrated understanding of next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies; Strong background in statistical analysis methodologies commonly used in validation activities
