Position: Senior Bioinformatics Engineer

Duties: Develop and test new features in our bioinformatics pipelines and automation tools; Query SQL/Oracle servers; Utilize containers to create portable software solutions; Build dashboards and generate reports for stakeholders; Perform validation testing and deploy to production system; Support production day-to-day operations as needed
Requirements: B.S. plus 7 years applicable experience or M.S. plus 5 years applicable experience or Ph. D. plus 3 years applicable experience; 7 yr experience building production quality software; Bioinformatics knowledge, pipeline development experience preferred
