Requirements: The successful candidate holds an MSc. or PhD degree in (bio-) informatics or in life sciences. We are looking for a solution-oriented, persistent researcher with an independent, well-structured and goal-oriented working style. You should have a scientific track record (including at least one first author publication) in the fields of computational biology, mass spectrometry, or proteomics. We expect the successful candidate to be proficient in statistics and standard proteomics software tools such as Proteome Discoverer or MaxQuant. Moreover, the successful candidate should be fluent in Python, R or a similar programming language. Expertise in structural biology and the interpretation of structural models (e.g. Alphafold) are considered a plus

Requirements: Master of science degree in a technical discipline; Negotiation skills and drawing-up of contracts with industry (in Italian or English), and knowledge of other national languages is considered of advantage; Education and/or previous experience in intellectual property protection is considered of advantage; Professional experience with industry is considered of advantage
