The successful applicant will teach courses in their areas of research and supervise graduate students. They will also be expected to contribute more broadly to the Department’s teaching needs at all levels, in areas including Philosophy of Mind, Philosophy of Language, Epistemology, Logic/Critical Thinking, Environmental Philosophy, and Philosophy of AI. The ability to teach in these areas from a non-Western perspective would be of value. The Department of Philosophy is developing its ability to support majors in the University’s Neuroscience program; demonstrated ability to contribute to this objective will be considered a strength
