Duties: The Lecturer/Assistant/Associate Professor position in the Psychology Program in the College of Education is a 10-month appointment at Troy University’s Troy Campus. This position is responsible for teaching an array of undergraduate psychology courses such as general psychology, social psychology, abnormal psychology, cognitive psychology, life-span, and developmental courses within the area of expertise; pursuit of scholarship and a research agenda; service on committees at all levels; involvement in service to the community; advisement of undergraduate students; and other responsibilities as identified by the supervisor. Requirements: Earned doctorate degree in a field of Psychology (for Assistant/Associate Professor rank); Teaching experience at no less than a two year college

Duties: Troy University invites applications for a full time, 10-month renewable contract, tenure track position as Assistant Professor in History. The position is responsible for teaching introductory courses in World History and upper division (and potentially graduate) courses on topics relevant to the incumbent’s research interests. The department seeks an instructor who specializes in History of early modern to modern Britain and/or France, ideally with some degree of specialization in the history of the Middle East and/or history of Africa. The teaching load will be four courses per semester. These will be taught in class and potentially online. This position is expected to begin in January 2023

Design, support and implement programs, including training, that increase organizational competency; Effectively works towards root cause, proactively identifies and implements strategies for process improvements, and develops impactful leading metrics
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold a BS/BA degree and/or MS in Biostatistics, Applied Math, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Statistics/Data Analytics or related field; 6+ years experience; Lean, six sigma, and statistical methodology experience/training
