Duties: Partner with Product and Engineering teams through analyses, reporting, modelling, and generate valuable insights to aid in decision making; Conduct quantitative analyses on partner, advertiser, and customer behaviour to help Product Managers and Engineering refine their product strategy; Provide product managers and engineering teams with recommendations that help them achieve business outcomes through by unearthing actionable insights across our product suite; Create and maintain dashboards and reports to baseline and monitor Product usage and company-wide metrics; Define measurement frameworks and analyze key metrics and to inform decision-making and measure success
Requirements: 6+ years of experience in Analytics or Data Science; Deep SQL skills and proficiency in working with big data and ETL management; Autonomous, detail-oriented, and comfortable with breaking down ambiguous problems into quantitative solutions; Passion for extracting actionable insights that move the business forward; Good business acumen and communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in being able to distil complex findings and analyses into simple outputs, and engage with senior leadership; Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau

Duties: Interpret and define relevant standards for application across service centres; Conduct fault finding electrical/mechanical testing rotating equipment; Provide Quality Assurance inspection for overhauled rotating equipment; Troubleshoot issues with electro-mechanical rotating machines in service centre and on-site; Root cause analysis (RCA) of issues, and recommendations of repair and upgrades; Develop technical report and proposal, and support cost estimation; Support Service Centres with overhaul and asset maintenance projects; Support quality team conducing internal audits and preparing for external audits; Initiate and participate in the planning and development of engineering policies and procedures
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with Professional Engineering Registration; 10+ years technical experience with electrical rotating equipment services; Strong communication and time management skills; Experience conducting and facilitating Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations; A technical background in engineering preferably in power generation heavy industry; Machine diagnostics (electrical testing/vibration analysis) is a plus
