Requirements: Higher education (university) in a technical field (computer science, engineering) or equivalent professional experience; Several years of professional experience in managing software development projects and software teams, ideally in an international environment; You are familiar with traditional and agile development methods and have the relevant experience; You are proficient in the use of modern software modeling tools and are familiar with current software architecture and design principles; You are characterized by strong analytical skills and enjoy interacting with various stakeholders; You have very good communication skills (written and spoken) in German and English and feel comfortable in an international environment

Duties: Act as a business sparring partner: Consult the business counterparts (Management level) and challenge their ideas in order to rollout global best practice solutions. Hence, understanding complex finance functions in order to assist the business in the development and modernization of critical finance systems and processes is key; Taking initiative in completion of task/project: Lead the execution of assigned project tasks in areas of demonstrated competence. This includes facilitating meetings/task groups, tracking and influencing task group progress, tracking project deliverables, etc
Requirements: Academic degree in business administration; Several years of experience in leading teams and managing challenging stakeholders; Profound knowledge in FI, CO and TR (BOFC would be a plus); Extensive knowledge in accounting principles and taxation; e.g. Indian GST, GAP, IFRS etc; At least 10 years of professional experience with a minimum of 6 years SAP FICO experience. Experience relevant to manufacturing industry is of advantage; Preferably experience working in an international environment
