Duties: We're looking for a creative, collaborative, and highly motivated bioinformatics scientist to join our biology R&D team to work on exciting advanced biology research projects for the U.S. Government. The candidate will work with a team of about 10 people, and will contribute to multi-year, interdisciplinary programs that bring together teams in biology, engineering, and data science to develop and transition new biotechnology solutions in support of national security
Requirements: A degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Data Science or a related field plus 8 years of progressive technical experience; Bioinformatics software development and analysis experience with a knowledge of common bioinformatics tools and workflows (genomics required; transcriptomics/proteomics/metabolomics/multiomics are desirable)
