Duties: The Clinical Assistant Professor is a non-tenure track position with responsibilities for clinical education and service. Clinical faculty may participate in research or other scholarly or creative activities. The standard teaching load is 12 hours per semester (four courses). The successful candidate will primarily teach undergraduate-level entertainment/sport management courses. Secondary teaching assignments in management-related classes may be at the undergraduate or graduate level. The successful candidate will also support the success of the Entertainment Management Association, one of the College’s signature student organizations, serve on the Entertainment Management (Alumni) Advisory Council, and meet university service requirements. All candidates must be committed to working for the professional success of students from all backgrounds
Requirements: a doctorate in entertainment/sport management, management, business administration, or a closely related field; a master’s degree in business and 6+ years of significant experience in the entertainment/sport industry or a closely related field
