Duties: The Mathematical Imaging and Visual computing group, part of the Institute for Health Equity Research (IHER) and the College of Agriculture, Science and Technology (CAST), is recruiting a qualified post-doctoral fellow to perform research in the areas of biomedical image analysis and machine learning. The successful candidate must have background in image processing/analysis, machine/deep learning, and data science. The post-doctoral researcher will work on deep learning techniques for image segmentation, image registration, and prediction modeling
Requirements: PhD (required) in Computer Science, Computational Mathematics, Engineering, or related areas; familiarity with medical imaging database management and/or web-based application development
