You leverage the data in our data platform, transforming it to fit your use case, and build dashboards as well as workflow applications that provide insights towards the businessn- **Agile Delivery**. You work hand-in-hand with data engineers, product leads and business stakeholders in a cross-functional scrum team, leveraging modern product management techniques to quickly build valuable products incrementallynn## Qualificationsnn_**Required experience & competencies**_nn**Core skills**nn- **Actuarial & Business Understanding.** Solid grounding in actuarial principles and insurance economics. Youu2019ve worked in roles involving pricing, reserving, or risk modeling and are comfortable navigating insurance data.n- **Technical Expertise.** You enjoy working with data and have experience modeling and transforming data pipelines. Familiarity with Python, SQL, or Spark is a plus.n- **Data Visualization / Application Development.** Hands-on experience with data visualization tools. Exposure to building applications or dashboards is a plus. JavaScript or TypeScript knowledge is beneficial but not required.n- **Product Thinking.** Youu2019re curious about how great products are built and enjoy understanding user journeys.
