Duties:	planning, coordinating, organizing, and managing the work in the office of the international alliance of which the university is a member; organizing and coordinating the university's activities within the international alliance; organizing meetings of working groups, monitoring the timeline to achieve milestones and results within the ACROSS project; archiving documentation and regularly updating and maintaining the list of projects implemented by the university within the international alliance; ACROSS is an alliance of nine universities across Europe. Spread across nine different countries, we are committed to fostering cross-border collaboration, promoting academic excellence, and enriching the educational landscape of Europe. Together, we aim to break down barriers, inspire innovation, and empower students, staff, and lifelong learners to thrive in a diverse and interconnected world. The goal of the ACROSS project is to address these challenges through a range of innovative activities carried out by 16 dedicated Task Teams, each composed of members from all partner universities
Requirements:	university degree or 2nd cycle Bologna degree (qualifications in management are welcome); proven experience or training/education in the field of cooperation between institutions of the type relevant for the international alliance; fluency in English; at least 3 years of professional experience

ACROSS is an alliance of nine universities across Europe. Eligibility criteria: university degree or 2nd cycle Bologna degree (qualifications in management are welcome), proven experience or training/ education in the field of cooperation between institutions of the type relevant for the international alliance, fluency in English, at least 3 years of professional experience. The expected start date is immediately after the selection procedure, or as agreed. The contract will be full-time, 40 hours per week, for the duration of the project, i.e. until 31.12. 2028.
