Position: Associate Professor (promotion track) or Full Professor in Clinical imaging

Location: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Duties: The holder of this position is expected to co-build, co-direct, and teach in the Bachelor’s program in clinical imaging technologies and related fields. The person will be involved in the selection of students, the establishment of the training plan for radiographers, the organisation of theoretical and practical teaching, the evaluation of programs, in close cooperation with the teachers and tutors of the clinical placements. These efforts will be based on the collaborative and joint work ofprofessors, teachers and researchers from the different health programs of the university, including medicine, biology, midwifery, and nursing as well as computer sciences
Requirements: A radiographer or radiologist degree with clinical experience in clinical imaging; A doctorate (PhD) in a related scientific discipline; Field experience in radiographers’ education, including theoretical teaching and supervision of trainees; Knowledge of contemporary pedagogical practices. Experience in curriculum design and directing of educational programs at the university level; Internationally recognized research experience as evidenced by international publications in the field of clinical imaging, public health or related fields; Administrative and management experience; Connections to clinical imaging departments in international universities and European radiographer societies
