In this role, you leverage your understanding of the risk management business and data strategy to provide thought-leadership and shape an effective data & analytics ecosystem that supports your business stakeholders in achieving their ambition. You drive the delivery of the products in your respective area hands on, guiding your implementation teams on the why, the what and the how of the delivery. You take ownership of creating functional product designs which you and your team validate using proof of concepts. You take accountability for the product backlog, contribute to the establishment of delivery frameworks and lead the delivery team in the day-to-day implementation. You contribute hands-on to the implementation, building data pipelines and applications. You take charge of creating product roadmaps and project plans and ensure alignment with key stakeholders
Requirements:
7+ years of experience in data & analytics product delivery, preferably in Re-/Insurance, with multi-year experience leading cross-functional delivery teams
