Under the supervision of the line manager, in collaboration with the Helpdesk office, plan and organize the entire Logistics activity on campus, Service Now tickets follow-up; Coordinate the team and ensure personalized development follow-up (training, one-onone interviews, team meetings), team schedules setting up; Plan and participate on call duty period (phone, doubt removal), identification and risk management; Support the team and participate in the execution of operations related to the department’s activities (operation, maintenance); Guarantee the quality of the various operations or projects carried out, in compliance with procedures and deadlines, set-up KPI; Build solid relationships with the University’s cross-functional and user teams, manage critical escalations in the logistics business to reduce user impact; Data collection and analysis via the various tools implemented by the University (Service Now, Acme, etc.); Ensure regular reporting, activity reports drafting
Requirements:
Bachelor or équivalent experience, logistics and/or management skills; 1-3 years of working experience; Good oral and written expression in French and English (B2 minimum level), knowledge in German and in Luxembourgish are an advantage; Good knowledge of audiovisual material; Attentive and rigorous regarding the instructions given concerning the work and the rules of health and safe; Knowledge in Security and technical infrastructure are an advantage; Mastery of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
