Duties:	Co-lead the final strategic review of public communications; Objectives/KPIs: Facilitating in setting clear sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (“KPIs”) for SCOR Group and to measure progress and impact; Track and report the effectiveness of sustainability programs; Co-developing and implementing a comprehensive sustainability strategy; Keeping up to date with new trends and regulations, and continuously update and improve the sustainability strategy accordingly
Requirements:	Advanced university degree, preferably with a specialization in sustainability or climate change; At least 15 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial services sector, ideally in the insurance or reinsurance industry or a consulting firm; Experience with climate-related recommendations, standards, and reporting frameworks (e.g., ESRS, CDP, SBTi, GHG Protocol) and an interest in biodiversity-related subjects (e.g., Taskforce on Nature Related Financial Disclosures)
