WIAS invites applications for a Research Assistant position (f/m/d) (Ref. 24/19) in the Research Group “Laser Dynamics” (Head: Priv.-Doz. Dr. Uwe Bandelow) starting from 01.10.2024. This position will be funded for a period up to 24 months by the Leibniz Collaborative Excellence program. The research subject will be a theoretical and numerical study of photonic crystal surface-emitting semiconductor lasers (PCSELs). It will be conducted in close collaboration with physicists and electrical engineers from the Ferdinand Braun Institute (FBH) in Berlin.
