Several years of experience as a team manager or similar responsibilities; Proven track record in team and project management as part of an international environment; Knowledge of the Reinsurance business and/or the financial services industry is a benefit; Strong IT background with good understanding of: DevOps, APIs, microservice architecture etc; Excellent level in English
