Position: Senior Actuary
Institution: Ascensus, LLC
Location: Dresher, Pennsylvania, United States
Duties: Responsible for protecting, securing, and proper handling of all confidential data held by Ascensus to ensure against unauthorized access, improper transmission, and/or unapproved disclosure of information that could result in harm to Ascensus or our clients; Our I-Client service philosophy and our Core Values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always® should be visible in your actions on a day-to-day basis showing your support of our organizational culture; Provide superior client service, including presenting at client meetings, coordinating special projects, and solving problems with creative solutions; Provides effective and timely verbal and written communications in a concise and informative manner; Guide and mentor actuarial analysts
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, math, or math-related field; Minimum five years’ experience in the pension industry; Enrolled Actuary designation; Fellow of the Society of Actuaries a plus; Experience with traditional defined benefit plans in a consulting environment; experience with governmental or church plans a plus
