Requirements:	At least 5-6 years of strong experience in Data & AI business development and project management, preferably in the Microsoft AI/Power Platform domain; Strong understanding of Microsoft AI technologies, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot and Fabric; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels; External consulting and consulting sales experience, preferably in one the Big 4 companies; Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve business objectives; Bachelor's degree in Business IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant) is a plus; English fluency and German strongly preferred; French is a plus
