Position: Bioinformatician II

Duties: Potential projects may include investigating the impact of human brain immune cells on AD biology, studying neuropsychiatric disorders, deep manifold learning of disease progression, large-scale integration of multi-omic single-cell profiles, and exploring other open questions in single-cell brain omics; This position offers a chance to develop or enhance your skills in single-cell genomics, machine learning, and big data analytics; You will be working alongside an interdisciplinary team consisting of clinicians, wet lab scientists, bioinformaticians, statistical geneticists, and computational biologists
Requirements: The ideal candidate should hold a Ph.D. in bioinformatics, computational biology, statistics, mathematics, biophysics, biochemistry, immunology, computer science, or a related field. Strong proficiency and experience in one or more of the following areas are essential: single-cell genomics, machine learning, multi-variable statistics, open-source software development, or bioinformatics. Additionally, excellent programming skills using Python or R, effective communication skills, and a self-motivated and independent approach are highly desirable
