Duties: We are looking for a bioinformatician with experience in developing biological databases. We are looking for a candidate with an MSc in bioinformatics. Your duties will involve developing an online biological database using Python, MySQL, and Java and developing a web-based front-end in PHP/HTML and deploy the database online
Requirements: 2+ years of bioinformatics programming experience in an industry or academic setting; Demonstrated experience as a scientific programmer; Very strong in Python, JAVA, and shell in Linux environment; Experience in MySQL database design and development; Experience in PHP and HTML; Knowledge in Molecular biology preferred but not essential
