Position: International Relations Officer
Institution: University of Luxembourg
Location: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Duties: Communicate with, welcome, and build relationships with international partners, including the European Commission, ministries, embassies, foreign delegations, and universities; Promote the University of Luxembourg at international events, managing booth logistics, and engaging with prospective students and education professionals; Develop and manage promotional content by designing, updating, and ordering promotional materials, as well as crafting unique promotional tools for international events together with the communication department; Maintain a dynamic online presence by updating and managing dedicated webpages and social networks
Requirements: Master’s degree in a field relevant to the position; Several years of professional experience in international collaboration; Knowledge of the Luxembourg higher education and research sector is considered an asset; Experience in internationalisation of Higher Education frameworks such as student mobility, student exchanges, joint academic initiatives is considered an asset; Fluency in English (written and spoken) and a good command of French. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset
