The Staff Bioinformatics will drive the development of innovative genomics solutions used to support treatment decisions based on the cancer’s molecular profile, early detection, and monitoring of malignancies. The primary functions of this position will be to develop novel algorithms for NGS-based biomarkers important in cancer diagnostics, design and conduct data analysis of R&D studies to demonstrate that our assays and algorithms meet performance requirements, and prototype software implementations
Requirements:
PhD in bioinformatics, computation biology, statistics, math or related field; Fluency in at least two of statistics, common bioinformatics methods, and NGS data analysis; Experience with developing bioinformatics NGS algorithms and methodology; Fluency in programming languages such as Python or C++; Good communication skills to contribute to cross functional project teams and work with stakeholders
