Position: Bioinformatician

Duties: Data Integration: Utilize your bioinformatics skills to integrate multi-omics data sets, including genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and epigenomics; Algorithm Development: Collaborate with team members to develop and implement novel algorithms and analytical methods for data integration and interpretation; Statistical Analysis: Conduct statistical analyses to extract meaningful insights from integrated multi-omics data sets, contributing to scientific publications and presentations
Requirements: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field; Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R; Familiarity with bioinformatics tools and databases commonly used for multi-omics data analysis
