Position:	PhD Research fellows in inorganic chemistry and catalysis

Duties:	The work will primarily focus on synthesis and subsequent catalysis testing. Initially the focus will be on designing and synthesising coordination complexes and/or organometallic catalysts in combination with polyoxometalates. An important aspect will be the incorporation of suitable cations, including ionic liquids, for the development of solubility-controlled catalysts; The overall aim is to develop efficient catalysts for the production of sustainable polymers, where CO2 will be used as one of the raw materials
Requirements:	Applicants must hold a master's degree or equivalent education in chemistry; Applicants must have a solid and documented background in either organometallic chemistry or hybrid polyoxometalates, with an emphasis on synthetic methods and the choice of experimental parameters. It is an advantage to have documented competency in both
