Position: Nanofabrication Engineer

Duties: Optimization of the nanofabrication process of thin-film lithium niobate photonics platform, which is one of the key platforms for future quantum photonics computing technologies. The goal of the job is to obtain the ultra-low loss and high-speed thin film lithium niobate photonics platform, and to fabricate the quantum photonic devices designed by the team members based on the optimized nanofabrication process
Requirements: Having good communication skills in English, both written and spoken; Highly experienced in the nanofabrication process optimization of thin-film lithium niobate platforms; Highly experienced in nanofabrication of thin-film lithium niobate photonic devices; Highly experienced in ebeam lithography, thin film deposition, ICP etching process engineering and morphological characterizations; Good team-working spirit
