Provide portfolio/project management and research administration support to SnT principal investigators and research staff; Assist in the identification, acquisition and management of research grants from different national, European and international funding agencies and programmes (FNR, Ministries, Horizon Europe, ESA, etc.); Monitor the entire grant life cycle from proposal writing to project execution, reporting and closure; Ensure quality assurance and compliance of projects and grants with requirements from internal and/or external stakeholders
Requirements:
Master degree or equivalent experience in an area relevant to grant and project management; At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role and preferably in externally funded projects; Proven experience in writing grant proposals and grant management; Good knowledge of Luxembourgish and EU funding programs; Project management skills and knowledge of project management principles and best practices.Project management certification is an advantage (PM2, PMP, Prince2, etc.)
