Position: Risk & Compliance Administrator - Audit Corporates Backoffice

Duties: Prepare independence and conflict of interest queries in our global risk tool; Initiate the Client Engagement Acceptance and Continuance process for clients and audit engagements; Update and maintain our entity management tool within the independence and conflict management application; Analyze and review potentially conflicting services for new and existing audit clients; Conduct Know Your Client research; Update various tools and databases as part of the lost engagement/client process; Serve as a subject matter expert within the back office, advise employees on the proper handling of internal risk processes
Requirements: 2 years of relevant experience on topics around risk & compliance, preferably in a highly regulated environment, is a big advantage; Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English; Very precise, detail-oriented and conscientious way of working, strong analytical skills; Committed, resilient and flexible personality who likes to think proactively and take responsibility
