Duties:	Deliver high quality solutions to improve processes, operating models and organizational set-up for HR organizations; Assess and benchmark maturity of the HR function; Optimize End-to-End HR processes, such as onboarding, hire-to-retire and talent management; Review current HR IT landscape and propose technological solutions to improve processes and deliver exceptional employee experiences; Set up and optimize Shared Service Center and Outsourcing structures to streamline organizational models; Provide advice on role and qualifications profiles for the future business partners and experts in HR; Collaborate with KPMG experts on cross-functional projects to broaden the value proposition to your clients; Support proposals for the acquisition of new engagements and contribute to marketing initiatives and publications to strengthen our visibility and credibility in the market
Requirements:	Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources or similar; Experience in Transformation, HR, organizational design or in a comparable environment is preferred; Knowledge of HCM system functionalities (SAP, Workday, etc.) is a plus; Strong capabilities in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint); Full professional proficiency in German and English, French is a plus; You are a team player and have very good communication and analytical skills
