They conduct collaborative and independent research in biostatistics. Specifically they serve as a member of the Biostatistics Shared Resource (BSR) in the Knight Cancer Institute and engage in collaborative cancer research including, but not limited to translational oncology, quantitative oncology, cancer prevention and control; hey engage in teaching and mentorng activities through the BSR, including office hours and participation in educational and training in cancer biostatistics. They can participate in teaching activities in the Masters Program in Public Health and Masters and Certificate Programs in Biostatistics including instruction of didactic courses, development of new courses and curriculum and academic advising of graduate students in biostatistics at OHSU/PSU School of Public Health (SPH)
Requirements:
Applicants should have an earned doctorate in biostatistics or statistics with experience in cancer biostatistics/statisticis, a commitment to excellence in research, and a track record of scholarly research including peer‐reviewed publications and research funding.
