Managing and interpreting customer requirements; Evaluating MV electrical systems, products, components, and finalising required interfaces between sub-vendors and client systems and associated costs in readiness for handover to Operations; Providing compliant designs, upfront engineering (Single Line Diagrams, System Block Diagrams) and accurate costings; Evaluate supplier technical proposals are in-line with the customer needs; Supporting Sales, attending bid clarification and client kick-off meetings where complex MV systems are required; Actively participating in order review/assembly review meetings, providing guidance to projects during engineering phases
Requirements:
Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering; Knowledge of MV Equipment (motors, drives and transformers); Relevant experience within related industry desirable; Knowledge of Electrical Distribution & Protection Systems and Control & Instrumentation products desirable; Design & 2D CAD skills (AutoCAD desirable); Excellent communication and negotiation skills
