Position: Research Facilitator

Location: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Duties: To assist the Dean and the Department Heads with research coordination and management; To help the Faculty’s researchers find, apply for, receive, and manage research funding (e.g. EU and FNR), including support for financial project reporting and contributing to solve IPR issues; To support the Faculty’s research activities and dissemination in academia and society; To participate at meetings, info days, and other events; To ensure internal communication and cooperation within the Faculty and the University administration regarding all research related questions
Requirements: University degree in STEM; Sciences, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics, candidates with a mathematics degree will be given preference; Experience in research proposals writing and project management (e.g. H2020, INTERREG), project monitoring, fundraising, budget management, editing of activity reports; Experience in the use of common computer software and collaborative on-line platforms; Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; Excellent command of English and French/German. Preference will be given to candidates fluent in all languages
