Participate in budgeting, forecast, cost follow up for the Faculty (internal and external budget) and variance analysis; Execute timely, accurate and financial reporting and ensure accounts analysis to various stakeholders; Prepare monthly reports on expenses and income; Support the review and approval of HR costs and related commitments; Assist in the end of year closing process; Functional coaching of admin staff (Fiori, BI, Service now, …); Answer questions, inform and advise colleagues on operational issues; Clean and maintain databases and financial ledgers with routine checks and propose corrections
Requirements:
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in finance or accounting; Relevant work experience in a similar position of 4 to 6 years; Good knowledge of advanced functions in Excel formulas, queries, Power Pivot Function, etc; Good knowledge of SAP modules and BI; Excellent communication with strong interpersonal skills; Organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
