Must have bioinformatics background specifically in cancer genomics; Understanding about mutations, vcf format and human genome; Must have knowledge of bioinformatics databases like clinvar, dbSNP, UNIPORT, COSMIC etc; Good to have knowledge of bioinformatics tools and databases like ENSEMBL, UCSC; Responsible for Validation and Compliance
