Project manage Gen Re’s CI Data Insights study in selected markets in Asia, ensuring timely completion of the study and that survey results are valuable and relevant to the participating companies and Gen Re; Presenting and communicating survey results to internal and external stakeholders effectively; Conduct medical and actuarial research work to assess feasibility of various possible pricing solutions; Assist in the setup and development of pricing basis and best estimates for the region; Participate in regional and international initiatives and projects
Requirements:
Relevant qualification with at least 5 years work experience in a life insurance or reinsurance company, preferably in pricing; Sound knowledge of Asian life insurance markets and in at least one risk product such as Critical Illness or Health; Actuarial designation (FIA, FSA, FCAS, etc.) is preferred; Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Python and R is required; Knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL is preferred; Knowledge of Posit application deployment is an added advantage
