Duties:	Work independently in cross-functional teams to lead the testing effort for data analysis software; Partner with software, bioinformatics developers and domain experts in designing, performing, and improving verification tests; Design and Implement automated software verification framework and scripts; Prepare necessary test artifacts required for formal software/product release; Develop and execute automated tests; Carefully analyze and report test results; Participate in Code and Design Reviews
Requirements:	Experience developing software applications utilizing a high level language such as Python, Java, C# or C++ required; Strong software engineering fundamentals: OOP, data structures, SOLID principles, unit testing, TDD, SQL; Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computational Biology or releveant fields; Have an understanding of Bioinformatics, Genomics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or related field of biology; Experience in designing or architecting automated verification framework and tests; Experience with CI/CD, Continuous Testing and related tools such as Jenkins
