Position: Head of Internal Communications
Institution: KPMG AG
Location: Zürich, Switzerland
Duties: Lead the Internal Communications team, deploying resources adequately to successfully manage the internal communications pipeline; Develop, lead and help manage wider strategic internal communications and brand projects; Ensure seamless connectivity with KPMG's C-suite like CEO and COO, stakeholders from Marketing, Human Resources, Digital Business Technology and other key internal areas. In addition, play an active part in the global internal communications network of KPMG; Systematically drive innovation and change, leading edge practices and technology; Develop and manage content in English for all internal communication channels (e.g. Intranet, digital formats, videos, etc.), ensuring high quality delivery
Requirements: Master's degree in communications, arts, law or economics; At least 5 years of internal communication experience on corporate or agency side, preferably in the financial or consulting sector; Strong project management and advisory skills and experience in change communication projects; Experience in working with digital tools and capable of constantly innovating internal communication; Experience in working in international teams, cooperating across communication and marketing teams, executing activities targeted at senior business audience; Excellent organisation skills, ability to run multiple tasks and capable of delivering to short deadlines; Strong team player with a positive attitude and a hands-on approach; Attention to detail and clear, concise writing style in English; Fluency in English and German, French is a plus
