Position: Business Development Director - MedTech

Duties: Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Engage with clients across diverse industries, from startups to multinational enterprises, to understand their needs and introduce KPMG's expertise; Lead efforts in targeting new clients and nurturing existing relationships to enhance service line penetration; Strategic Sales Management: Collaborate with Sector and Client Lead Partners to devise and execute targeted plans for fostering relationships and optimizing revenue generation; Implement effective sales processes, including pricing strategies and negotiation techniques, to ensure successful conversions; Knowledge Sharing and Coaching: Provide coaching on sales and proposal best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team; Share insights and market intelligence to deepen understanding of client needs and emerging trends; Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Sector/Service Line Lead Partners and Client Lead Partners; Ensure seamless coordination across all KPMG capabilities to deliver integrated solutions to clients
Requirements: A minimum of Master's degree in a relevant field; 10 years'experience selling professional services to MedTech companies, or working in a MedTech firm with a strong affinity for business development and a solid senior network; Proven track record of success in driving business development and ambitious revenue growth within the MedTech industry; Strong leadership presence and excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence internal and external stakeholders at senior levels; Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and a relentless drive to stay ahead of market trends and opportunities; Fluent level in English. French and German language skills are considered an asset
