Requirements:
Masters/PhD in bioinformatics, computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent; Strong programming skills and experience with at least one programming languages, such as Python, R, etc; Experience with data analysis and visualization of next-generation sequencing data and large datasets; Familiarity with common bioinformatics pipelines and data formats; Solid understanding of statistical and biological concepts
