Duties:	Take on the technical responsibility for advising our customers on the introduction and application of various accounting standards such as IFRS, Swiss GAAP FER, US GAAP or Code of Obligations; Independently take responsibility for large projects and take care of the deployment and guidance of your project team; Actively support CFOs or Group Accounting Heads in the interpretation on accounting and financial reporting issues; Work on IPO Readiness Assessments and provide M&A support; you are also part of the team in the context of comfort letter projects for capital market transactions; Analyze complex accounting-related issues, respond to technical inquiries and add value for our customers through your accounting expertise; Educate yourself independently in the area of the latest developments in order to maintain your knowledge advantage and to proactively serve the customer with relevant news; Maintain existing customer relationships and continuously expand your network and actively support the team in acquiring new customers as well as accounting advisory services engagements
Requirements:	Degree as a certified public accountant or local equivalent is an advantage; Many years of practical experience in the BIG4 environment or in Group Accounting/Controlling of an international company; Solid knowledge of IFRS and/or Swiss GAAP FER are essential. US GAAP knowledge is a plus; Proficient English skills, French and German is a plus; Dedicated and entrepreneurial personality with high customer, deadline and team orientation
