Requirements:
PhD in bioinformatics/PhD in computer and data science and related fields but with required biological or biomedical exposure/MS in afore mentioned fields with additional industry experience; Comprehensive understanding of design principles for biological knowledge graph ie. how to design database for bioinformaticians; Proficiency in languages such as Python, R, Java for data manipulation, analysis, and application development; Experience designing and implementing systems that leverage LLMs, building LLM applications with vector databases and agent architecture in frameworks like LangChain is a plus
