Duties:	Collaborate with the AM Data Science team, Cyber Security, and Global Technology teams to deliver state-of-the-art ML products; Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap development for use of ML within Asset Management; Manage and support a global team of ML and MLOps engineers; Engage with firm-wide AI/ML teams to shape future roadmaps that align with AM objectives; Build and operate highly sophisticated machine learning infrastructure; Operate in a multi-cloud environment with a significant focus on AWS and Azure
Requirements:	Degree in a computer science or related discipline; Delivery focused with a proven track record of delivering complex software engineering products; Proven experience in building and operating scalable ML-driven products; Demonstrable experience in designing ML Systems and Architecture, including recommendation systems; Proficiency with cloud technologies, Kubernetes, Airflow; Experience working in a highly regulated environment
