Requirements:
A PhD degree or equivalent experience in biological sciences, mathematics, physics, bioinformatics, or related discipline with a quantitative background; Knowledge of sequencing and imaging technologies and their application; Proven experience with computational tools and workflows for the analysis of genomic datasets; Strong programming skills and proficiency in scientific computing software and scripting languages such as Python and R; Demonstrated ability to produce well-designed, documented, version-controlled code in a team setting
