Contribute to the analysis and completion of RGA’s Own Risk & Solvency Assessment (ORSA); Collaborate with other team members with data collection, validation and analysis related to ORSA; Responsible for developing a set of reasonable new business projections for the enterprise to be used in ORSA and other work; Support the operational risk scenario analysis for ORSA purpose; Contribute to the development/update of the enterprise projection process/model as directed by the manager; Support the development and implementation of the enterprise’s Model Risk Management efforts, which includes performing independent model validation according to the model validation plan
Requirements:
7+ years of insurance/reinsurance experience; 5+ years of project and/or people management experience; 5+ years of experience in actuarial modeling and risk management; Bachelor’s degree in Math, Finance, Actuarial Sciences, Statistics or related field; FSA accreditation
