Requirements:
Requires a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Computer Engineering; Must be familiar with telecommunications and communications signal processing with understanding of radar system concepts and waveforms; Over-the-horizon radar (OTHR) processing experience; Proficiency with Linux and C/C++ required; Familiarity with Python and Matlab
