Duties:	Serve as the senior technical leader within the team, providing guidance and best practices in machine learning to team members; Develop and refine advanced analytical solutions, utilizing Mastercard's extensive global data assets and software platforms; Architect and lead the design and implementation of sophisticated data models and algorithms, steering complex data science initiatives from conception through to execution; Lead the creation of architectural decision records to document important decisions made regarding data processing and modeling; Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data science into broader business strategies
