Position: Co-Op, Computational Immunology

Duties: Work on extending single cell analysis pipelines to include QC and analysis of TCR-seq, CITE-seq, and LIBRA-seq data types; Work on benchmarking the best methods for integration of single cell RNA-seq datasets from different sources; Work with the IT teams to establish and maintain an automated workflow for data acquisition and processing in a cloud-based environment; Develop analytics pipelines for different types of high-dimensional data, including but not limited to data from next generation sequencing, flow cytometry, mass spectrometry, ELISA, Luminex, or imaging
Requirements: Currently enrolled in an advanced degree program in computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, computer science, or bioengineering; Currently enrolled or recently graduating from a PhD program is a plus; Good coding experience in Python is required, experience with R also beneficial; Experience in cloud-based computing environment and data science development platforms, such as GitLab, Jupyter, R shiny, Anaconda, and Docker container, is needed
