Duties:	Atmospheric modelling for wind energy; Validation of meteorological models with remote sensing instruments; Application of Doppler wind lidars to wind energy relevant subjects both onshore and offshore such as wind resource estimation, investigation of siting conditions, wind turbine control, and validation of load calculations and power curves; Exploration of new remote sensing techniques, for example radars and satellite-borne instruments, that can support understanding of aspects of the atmospheric properties relevant for wind energy, and new applications of remote sensing
Requirements:	You have a technical/scientific education at PhD-level with international recognition within the research field. You are able to combine a high research level and publication activity, with promotion of external cooperation and exploitation of research results in interaction with industry. Furthermore, you can document your ability to attract research funding from national and international research programs
